Obtaining high-quality data for your research can be easy. This is what the LISS panel is here for. You can collect new data with your survey or through a custom-designed experiment. Benefit from existing LISS data by linking it to your own research data, or enrich your dataset with registry microdata from Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us. We are dedicated to support scientific researchers and policymakers worldwide.
All data collected in the LISS panel are made available to the research community through the LISS Data Archive using a ‘privacy-by-design’ approach and in accordance with the FAIR principles.
LISS data can be easily linked to other LISS datasets available in the archive. This includes a diverse range of studies, as well as the longitudinal data from the LISS Core Study, which has been conducted annually since 2007.
The LISS panel is managed by Centerdata, an independent non-profit research institute at Tilburg University.
Established in 2007 with funding from the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO), the panel has been an integral part of ODISSEI since 2019. ODISSEI (Open Data Infrastructure for Social Science and Economic Innovations) is a sustainable research infrastructure that supports social science research in The Netherlands.
